Welcome to InvestPro Trading Academy. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website and services. Your access to and use of the services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the services.

1. Use of Services

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.2 Access to Courses and Materials

Upon successful payment and registration, you will be granted access to the course(s) you have purchased. Course access periods vary depending on the specific course or package purchased. The duration of your access will be clearly stated on the course purchase page.

Unless otherwise specified, course materials are provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license basis for your personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property

The services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by InvestPro Trading Academy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Modify copies of any materials from our services
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from our services
• Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the services or any services or materials available through the services
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to use your account
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services without express written permission from us

3. User Content

Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content on our services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our services. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

You represent and warrant that:

• The content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms
• The posting of your content on or through our services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law or regulation
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate InvestPro Trading Academy, an InvestPro Trading Academy employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which may harm InvestPro Trading Academy or users of our services, or expose them to liability

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees

The fees for our courses and services are listed on our website. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect courses already purchased.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

5.3 Taxes

Course fees do not include any applicable taxes unless specifically stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and similar charges associated with your purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will InvestPro Trading Academy, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our services, any websites linked to it, any content on our services or such other websites or any services or items obtained through our services or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

Our services and all content provided are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InvestPro Trading Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our services.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, InvestPro Trading Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. InvestPro Trading Academy will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InvestPro Trading Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InvestPro Trading Academy regarding our services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the services.
